Sugar Ray is an American alternative rock band, known for hits like "Every Mornin'" and "Fly."
Weezer connection
Sugar Ray and Weezer have worked together several other times throughout their respective careers. In 2009, Sugar Ray released a Rivers Cuomo-penned track named "Love Is the Answer" on their album entitled "Music for Cougars." Cuomo also provided backing vocals on this album. "Love is the Answer" would later surface on Weezer's 2009 album "Raditude." In 1997, Sugar Ray released a song entitled Rivers on the "Scream 2 soundtrack." This song was written as an ode to Cuomo and the rest of Weezer.
