'''The 4 and 5 Star Demos of Rivers Cuomo''' is a spreadsheet created by [[Rivers Cuomo]] that lists the names of demos he deems of high quality. On [[July 24]], [[2008]], it was posted on riverscuomo.com, with certain songs designated as songs that either appeared on ''Alone'', Buddyhead's ''[[Gimme Skelter]]'' compilation, or the then unreleased ''[[Alone II]]''. It released the previously unknown track list of Alone II. Changes to the Alone II track listing were made following the release of the spreadsheet, with "[[I've Thrown It All Away]]", "[[Bad Girl]]," "[[Softies]]" removed in favor of "[[Victory on the Hill]]," "[[Harvard Blues]]," "[[My Brain Is Working Overtime]]," "[[Can't Stop Partying]]," "[[I Admire You So Much]]," and "[[Cold and Damp]]."  It is speculated that all of the [[2008]] spreadsheet entries were conceived or retooled after [[Geffen]] wanted more commercial material for ''[[The Red Album]]''. <br><br>
