Karl's Corner - 05/14/2025

weezer Lest we forget about 2 of the bands key albums having birthdays, today 5/14, Maladroit turns 23, and tomorrow on 5/15, Green turns 24! These 2 albums came during what has to be the bands absolute busiest era, recording and touring non stop for nearly 3 years straight, while going through a tumultuous time, with Mikey leaving the band and Scott joining. The whole shebang, from early 2000 to late 2002 really feels like a blur even after all this time. Like with all things weezer, a ton of work was put in and some very funny things happened - and some great tunes were born! Happy Maladroit/Green days! #karlscorner
