weezer Another Monday, another weezer release anniversary - 16 years ago, on November 3rd, 2009, weezer’s 7th album “Raditude” was released! Following the post Make Believe ‘reset’ of the Red Album, Raditude was essentially a continuation of the same songwriting blitz, but with new experiments added to the mix. The vibe felt like ‘anything goes’, and that went for the cover and the title too. Sidney the National Geographic contest winning dog (sadly now R.I.P.) literally jumped out as the image that best expressed the album title, which was a suggestion from Rainn Wilson. Add in several outside co-writers and recorded and live collaborations with a super diverse list of artists including Li’l Wayne, Jermaine Dupri, Josh Freese, Chamillionaire, Kenny G, Hayley Williams, Sara Bareilles and Leighton Meester.... and, well, you got a lot going on! #sidneyscorner #karlscorner
