The album that was supposed to contrast the ''[[Weezer (The White Album)]]'' lyrically and musically it has faced many delays as the bridge to the album halted the production as they released 2017's [[Pacific Daydream]]. Rivers has stated in multiple interviews that the album was going to be urban, feature more snyths and be ten steps further than [[Pacific Daydream]]. While Rivers stated that the album was nearly done for a May 2018 release date, Pat and Brian both said that it was in the demo stage as of February 2018.
