Teen Heroes was a rock band formed in the mid-1990's. The band played small rock clubs in the Los Angeles area, appearing with Ozma and Space Twins multiple times. The band has songs on two compilation albums that also feature Weezer: "If I Go" on Hear You Me! A Tribute to Mykel and Carli (1998) and a cover of the Pixies' "Manta Ray" on Where Is My Mind?: A Tribute to the Pixies (1999). Members of the band attended a Weezer show at the Whisky a Go Go on September 26, 1996.[1]

The band's drummer, Jerermiah Farchik, would later go onto play with Yes Dear, credited as Jeremiah James.[citation needed] The band's keyboard player, Isaiah Owens, went on to play with The Mars Volta, Jack White, and Long Beach Dub All-Stars.
