Overview
Y100 Sonic Sessions Vol. 1 is the first in a series of live compilations produced by Philadelphia rock station WPLY (at the time a Y100 station). The compilation features a recording of Weezer performing "The Good Life" from June 20, 1997 at Sonic Recording Studios.
