"I Can't Tell You" is a song written by Rivers Cuomo and demoed by Weezer in 2001.
Overview
On May 27, 2001, Weezer booked studio time at Monster Island Studios in Washington, D.C. "I Can't Tell You" was among the new songs demoed with the intention of sending to potential producers for the band's planned fourth album, though the song was not finished to anyone's satisfaction.[1] According to Karl Koch, the song shared a chorus with "American Gigolo." No demos of the song have ever been released to fans.
