Rivers Cuomo recorded the song "In Your Eyes" to an Olympus handheld digital recorder[2][3] in 2001.[4] Weezer recorded a demo of the song "Beg and Cry" Sage and Sound Recording in Los Angeles on August 29, 2001,[5] but it was not among the demos released online to fans.
