Overview
"Let Go" was recorded as a 4-track demo around 1988 or 1989, and may have been performed live by Zoom.[1] The song's chorus melody was notably reappropriated several years later for the Weezer song "Holiday."[2] Cuomo sang a few lines from "Let Go" before performing a solo, acoustic rendition of "Holiday" at a Weezer concert in Minneapolis in 2023.
