The music video for the song, which features the band as guests on the legendary Muppet Show, was directed by Marcos Siega, who is responsible for several of the band's videos.  The production was the feature of an episode of MTV's Making The Video series.  As a result of the video, many promotional and retail items featuring both weezer and the Muppets were created, such as the CD single cover(s) and T-shirts.
