Before a [[Weezer]] performance on the [[Vans Warped Tour]], Ozma guitarist [[Jose Galvez]] was able to give a CD of the album to [[Brian Bell]], who extended it to [[Rivers Cuomo]]. Ozma would later receive word from [[Justin Fisher]] that Cuomo loved the album and was "singing along to every word". This led to the band being invited to open for Weezer on the [[Yahoo! Outloud Tour]] in 2001 and the [[Hyper-Extended Midget Tour]] in [[2002]].
