'''Ace Frehley''' is a founding member of [[KISS]] and the original guitarist.  Ace Frehley was pivotal in [[Rivers Cuomo|Rivers']] decision to pick up a guitar and begin playing.  Ace Frehley's first lead vocal song, "Shock Me" was one of Rivers favorite songs growing up.  More specifically, the ALIVE II version was his favorite guitar solo.  It is most likely that Ace's lightening bolt guitar strap was a specific influence in Rivers' decision to use the strap.
