Listed under the title "'''Conversationalist'''" in the [[Recording_History_-_Page_3#8.2F12.2F92:_show_.2314_Another_at_the_Coconut_Teaszer|Weezer Recording History]], "So Much Talk" was covered by Weezer during the band's [[Weezer tour: 08/1992|first tour in August of 1992]]. [[Karl Koch]] recorded these shows, but these recordings have never been released. According to Koch, Weezer's version omitted the original's first two verses and chorus, picking up about halfway through Wax's album version. It was otherwise "a fairly straight cover," and, when played live, it "usually disintegrated after about 2-3 minutes of raucous repetition (sort of like the original)."<ref>[[Weezerpedia Discord Q&A with Karl Koch - October 2022]]</ref>.

Cuz there's no time we'll take a walk

And you're a part

Don't think too quick
