No Way: Difference between revisions

"No Way" was demoed by [[Rivers Cuomo]] in [[2000]]. This demo was released as part of the digital compilation ''[[Alone VII: The Green Years]]'' in [[2020]]. Weezer rehearsed the song at Cuomo's [[6145 Rodgerton Dr.|garage studio space]] in 2000, but no recordings (solo or full-band) are documented in the Weezer [[Recording History]]. A short video clip recorded by [[Karl Koch]] of the band rehearsing the song appeared on the DVD ''[[Video Capture Device]]'', released in [[2004]]. Cuomo listed "No Way" in a spreadsheet titled "[[The 4 and 5 Star Demos of Rivers Cuomo]]" in [[2008]]. The song was also briefly considered for Weezer's fourth album<ref>[[Karl's Corner - 12/07/2001]]</ref><ref>[[Karl's Corner - 12/10/2001]]</ref> but ultimately was not attempted during the sessions for ''[[Maladroit]]''.
