 In the song ‘You Won’t Get With Me Tonight,’ [[Maria]] wants [[Jonas]] to defend her against his friends. He complies, feeling it’s the right thing to do given their complex history, but makes it clear that just because he is protecting her, it doesn’t mean he will get with her tonight.
