On May 20, 2009, a boardie revealed that the album would most likely be released in August or September of 2009 and feature tons of outside collaboration, as previously speculated. Rivers does not play any guitar on the album as Pat does instead, Josh Freese also does all the drumming instead of Pat. The boardie also confirmed that [[Can't Stop Partying]] was on the album and they didn't have a lead single picked yet.
