The 4 and 5 Star Demos of Rivers Cuomo is a spreadsheet listing names of demos that Rivers Cuomo has recorded and deems of high quality. On July 24, 2008, it was posted on riverscuomo.com, with certain songs designated as songs that either appeared on Alone, Buddyhead's Gimme Skelter compilation, or the then unreleased Alone II. It released the previously unknown track list of Alone II. Changes to the Alone II track listing were made following the release of the spreadsheet, with "I've Thrown It All Away", "Bad Girl," "Softies" removed in favor of "Victory on the Hill," "Harvard Blues," "My Brain Is Working Overtime," "Can't Stop Partying," "I Admire You So Much," and "Cold and Damp." It is speculated that all of the 2008 spreadsheet entries were conceived or retooled after Geffen wanted more commercial material for The Red Album.

| The 4 and 5 Star Demos of Rivers Cuomo is a spreadsheet listing names of demos that Rivers Cuomo has recorded and deems of high quality.
