Some of the bands bigger influences would include Weird Al, Weezer, the Rentals,  Pixies, Keane, the Killers, Nirvana, Green Day, Nerf Herder, the Ramones, Frank Zappa, Alice Cooper, Barnes & Barnes, Primus, Elvis Costello, Devo, The Cars, Cheap Trick, Rush, Yes, Gary Numan, Talking Heads, The Kinks, Electric Light Orchestra, and The Beatles.

Dynamo's Theory
On Oct 5, 2018 Hank and Eighsse had a discussion (on a YouTube video) about a Weezer Discography Theory.
The Weezer studio album discography contains of:
*Weezer ("The Blue Album", 1994)
*Pinkerton (1996)
*Weezer ("The Green Album", 2001)
*Maladroit (2002)
*Make Believe (2005)
*Weezer ("The Red Album", 2008)
*Raditude (2009)
*Hurley (2010)
*Everything Will Be Alright in the End (2014)
*Weezer ("The White Album", 2016)
*Pacific Daydream (2017)
The Weezer Discography Theory Partially Relies on the Opinion That Weezer (The Blue Album), Pinkerton, Weezer (The Green Album), Maladroit,
Everything Will Be Alright in the End, & Weezer (The White Album) are their better albums. However if that isn't your opinion, there's still a clear pattern.
From 1994 to 1996 Weezer released songs and albums using their "classic Weezer sound." which is a span of three years, Then from 2000 to 2002
(another span of three years) Weezer Released songs and albums that appealed to most of there already standing fan base, Then (over a decade later) from
2014 to 2016 (another span of three years) Weezer released songs and albums that appealed to much of Weezer's (1992-2002) fan base.
Although so far this could all be coincidence due to people's own personal opinions, I don't think it is.
The producing is a pattern as well when it comes to these albums!
Their debut album Weezer (The Blue Album) was produced by Ric Ocasek.
Then after that would be Pinkerton which was a much heavier album and a much less produced album as well.
Then their third album Weezer (The Green Album) was produced by Ric Ocasek
their next album being Maladroit a much heavier album that was much less produced.
Then next would be Everything Will Be Alright in the End which was produced by Ric Ocasek
and after that Weezer (The White Album).
I'm expecting the next album not to make it to my chart nor be the Weezer (The Black Album), But instead a much more modern day radio friendly album featuring the songs Rosanna, Africa, California Snow, Can't Knock The Hustle, Cardigan Disaster, Midnight and
Close to Your Lips.
