"Cardigan Disaster" (also possibly titled "Midnight") is an unreleased song by Weezer.

Overview
Overview
Not much is known about the track, except that it had a live debut at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco on May 9, 2018. It is currently unknown if it is a solo track or a Weezer track. The themes of night time and the use of the word "fuck" could point to it being part of the rumored Black Album.
The song was first played live at a Rivers Cuomo solo show at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco on May 9, 2018. According to an e-mail sent out to members of the Weezer Fan Club, the music video starring Pete Wentz for "Can't Knock The Hustle" was originally intended for "Midnight", which was planned to be the debut single for the Black Album, before the unexpected success of "Rosanna" and "Africa" caused it to be pushed back and, eventually, scrapped entirely. It is presently unknown if the song will be released in the future.
