Background
Written around September of 1997, the song was played at various solo Rivers Cuomo concerts (and one Homie show) at clubs in Boston and Cambridge, MA. The song initially featured a bridge that was dropped from subsequent performances. The song was recorded for a full Homie album the following Winter at Fort Apache Studios by Cuomo along with Fred Eltringham (of the band Gigolo Aunts) and Drew Parsons (who had played bass for Tracy Bonham). This album has never been released (except for the track "I'll Think About You", released on Alone II).
