follow these guidelines i literally just made up:
*titles should be italicized
*concert links should always link directly to the page (example: [[Weezer concert: 06/16/2000]], as opposed to [[June 16]], [[2000]] in [[Weezer concert: 06/16/2000|Santa Barbara, California]], which was the old format) and listed in order of appearance on the boot
*country names should only be shortened if they are commonly referred by that shortening (i.e., US, UK, etc.)
*any unknown/non applicable information should be kept blank
*if multiple items apply for one category, add a break between them
**if there are multiple covers for one bootleg, add a note underneath as to what version they are
