Braxton Hicks

From Weezerpedia
Jump to: navigation, search

Braxton Hicks was a short lived band created by former Weezer member Jason Cropper and his then wife, Amy Cropper, during the mid-1990's. The band ended after drummer Darrin Pfeiffer left to join the alternative-ska band Goldfinger. The band found a replacement drummer, Tyrone Rio, in the autumn of 1995, and changed their name to Chopper One.[1] The name "Braxton Hicks" is derived from the name of womb contractions experienced during pregnancy.
