Today in weezer history: 10/3/2005: Weezer plays Chicagoland at the Allstate Arena, on the Foozer co-headlining tour with the Foo Fighters. This tour was marked with a fan being invited up to play guitar on Undone each night, and tonight's fan Bret P. decided to sing some "Blast Off" lyrics during the spoken parts of the song! (That song wouldn't actually be played live by Weezer will 2011 in Seattle on the Memories Tour.) Bret then decided to go bananas and pull some heavy metal rock on acoustic as the band played on. Photo shows Bret kicking it metal on the Make Believe stage set.
