Today in Weezer History: 10/18/2005: Day one of a 2 day video shoot for "Perfect Situation", with director Mark Webb and guest star Elisha Cuthbert, and a whole bunch of weezer fans who answered the casting call for audience members at the "weeze" show. The shoot happened at the old Palace Theater in downtown L.A., on Spring Street. This Palace is on the Register of Historic Places, and isn't an active theater, but is generally rented out and dressed up for various movie, tv, video, and advertising shoots. The production company transformed nearly every nook and cranny into the various sets needed for the video, including the grand main stage.
