Today in Weezer History: 12/21/1996 - Show at The Palace in Los Angeles,
Pinkerton Tour, Ash opens. Today was the final night of this leg of the
Pinkerton Tour with Ash, and was a homecoming show for Weezer, with friends,
family and lots of industry people in the house. The Pinkerton Tour would
continue in January, with Nerf Herder opening. The silkscreened poster for
this show is exceedingly rare, the low quality image in todays post is the
only extant photo of one that could be found. The setlist is the original
handwritten one that photocopies were made from.
