Overview
"...it's about girls who follow me around and then write down information on the internet—information that I would rather not have my mother read." |
The song was only performed once at the Paradise on October 8, 1997. A bootleg of the performance was recorded onto Cuomo’s own DAT tape and later distributed to fans via the Rivers Correspondence Board. The recording in circulation features Mikey Welsh, Kevin Stevenson of The Shods, and Zeph Courtney of Chevy Heston.

Lyrics
Little girl in the bushes
Little girl in the trees
I want to sin in the darkness
But the girl is watching me
Coming down with diseases
And all the people can see
I’m coming down with diseases
And the people laugh at me
Little sister, little sister
Little sister, get off my back
Little sister, little sister
Little sister, you got to get off my back
Little girl in the hotel
Little girl on the bus
I want to sin in the darkness
But the sun shines on all of us
Coming down with diseases
And all the people can see
I’m coming down with diseases
And the people laugh at me
Little sister, little sister
Little sister, get off my back
Little sister, little sister
Little sister, you got to get off my back
