Radioactive is AM Radio's debut album.

Overview

Radioactive was released with the help of Weezer lead singer Rivers Cuomo. After a failing to find support for a debut album, AM Radio enlisted Cuomo as their manager. Cuomo took them along on three of Weezer's tours in 2002, and that exposure helped the band get signed to Elektra Records. "Taken for a Ride" and "I Just Wanna Be Loved" received commercial success with the aid of Smallville and One Tree Hill respectively, two WB TV shows that featured the songs on episodes.
