Songs of Inaudible Trucks and Cars is a collection of demos and live material that was collected to be Ozma's first LP release. The money made from CD sales funded the recording of Rock and Roll Part Three. Despite being a part of the band at the time of release, keyboardist Star Wick only plays on three songs on the album[1]. The songs "Shooting Stars", "Natalie Portman" and "Baseball" would appear finished on Rock and Roll Part Three. While the songs "Maybe in an Alternate Dimension" and "Flight of the Bootymaster would appear finished on The Doubble Donkey Disc.

An abridged version of the record was sold through MP3.com.
