"The Pppp and the Bppp" (possibly also known as "The Pop Screen") is a song written by Rivers Cuomo and Pat Wilson.

Overview

"The Pppp And The Bppp" was recorded by Cuomo and Wilson in the spring of 1991 while living at 2914 Urban Avenue in West Los Angeles and included on Cuomo's Yeastmaster Pt. 1 demo tape. The Recording History lists the title as being an alternate title for the song "The Pop Screen",[1] however the Catalog O' Riffs lists them as separate entries.[2]

The song was first heard by fans when it was released on the digital demo compilation Alone V: Before Weezer in 2020.
