Todd Philips is a drummer, formerly of Juliana Hatfield's band alongside Mikey Welsh. He performed two shows with Weezer under the name Goat Punishment in 1998, as Pat Wilson was out of town. According to Philips, he was the one that suggested the name "Goat Punishment" to Welsh (the name having been made up by Jon Williams of the band Volcano Suns).[1]
