Wavves is an American rock band, based in San Diego, California, formed in 2008 by singer-songwriter Nathan Williams.
Overview
Wavves has a history of releasing split 7 inch vinyl with bands such as Best Coast, Trash Talk, and Cloud Nothings. In September of 2016, the band announced a split 7 inch with Weezer. On one side, the then-unreleased weezer song Fake Smiles and Nervous Laughter and on the other Wavves' cover of You Gave Your Love to Me Softly.
