Epitaph Records is an independent, California-based punk label owned by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz. The label distributed Weezer's eighth album, Hurley, in 2010.

Weezer Records, sometimes referred to as =W= Records[1], or even simply W Records[2], is an independent label owned by Weezer. It was used to co-distribute Hurley and its singles alongside Epitaph, who only had a 5-year licensing deal for the album.[3]
