"You Know I'd Like..." (also titled "You Know I'd Like to See") is a song by the Special Goodness.
Overview
"You Know I'd Like" evolves from an earlier Special Goodness song, "B.S.". It was recorded by Patrick Wilson in 2001 for the band's second album, At Some Point, Birds and Flowers Became Interesting.
In 2002, after Atom Willard and Joe Barresi joined the band, a full-band recording of the song was included in a batch of demos from February 2002 that was shared on thespecialgoodness.com.
The song appeared on the band's subsequent album, Land Air Sea, in 2003. On the original release of the album issued by the Control Group, "You Know I'd Like..." is the final listed track; after a short period of silence following the song, an untitled hidden track plays. On the 2004 re-release by Epitaph Records, the song is moved to become the album's first track and the hidden track is omitted.

Lyrics
You know I'd like to see
Everybody get
Along with everyone
But that's not gonna happen
You know I'd like to see
Everybody get
Along with everybody every day
'Cause once it takes you too far, you can't go back
Once it takes you too far, you can't go back again
You know I'd like to see
Everybody get
Along with everyone
But that's not gonna happen
You know I'd like to see
Everybody get
Along with everybody every day
'Cause once it takes you too far, you can't go back
Once it takes you too far, you can't go back again
Once it takes you too far, you can't go back
Once it takes you too far, you can't go back again
