Acute was a project of Patrick Edwards after the disbandment of Ozma. Other members include Isaac Lekach of Poulain and Colt Maloney of The Whispertown 2000. The band only released one split single with Rilo Kiley member Pierre de Reeder and one album in 2007 before its disbandment.
