Fred Eltringham is a drummer with extensive studio and live performance credits, including work with Tracy Bonham, Kacey Musgraves, and Juliana Hatfield, among many more. He played in the backing band for at least one Rivers Cuomo solo show in Cambridge, MA in November 1997, and, as such, is associated with Cuomo's side projects Homie and Lovely. Eltringham, along with Drew Parsons, also helped Cuomo record an unreleased Homie album. He is credited for one of these recordings - "I'll Think About You" - on Cuomo's Alone II: The Home Recordings of Rivers Cuomo.
