Overview
"Arps" was written by Rivers Cuomo while living at an apartment on Sepulveda Boulevard in Los Angeles in 1999. The song has never been heard by fans, and it is unknown if "Arps" is a song title or merely a description (i.e. shorthand for "arpeggios")
