Overview
"Up in the Clouds" was originally demoed in consideration for what would eventually become Weezer's ninth album, Everything Will Be Alright in the End. The song evolved gradually out of the demo "East Coast or West Coast." Several iterations of demos were released as part of the digital compilation Alone XI: The EWBAITE Years on November 21, 2020.
