"Sappy Sweet" is the apparent name for a short, low-fidelity, piano composition recorded by Cuomo in 2004. The same recording, overlaid with an orchestral string arrangement, opens the song "All My Friends Are Insects" on the deluxe release of Weezer's 2010 album, Hurley. Cuomo's original recording was released in 2020 as part of the digital demo compilation Alone IX: The Make Believe Years.
