"I've Thrown It All Away" is a Weezer demo written by Rivers Cuomo and Patrick Wilson that was originally intended to appear on Alone 2: The Home Recordings of Rivers Cuomo, but was later taken off the track listing.

In a 2008 interview with Karl Koch, he said it was a song that fans "needed to hear." It remains one of the most sought after early Weezer songs.
