7/7/01: arise: Los Angeles! Taco Bell!

...started to get back on USA time today, but still pretty spacey. Couldnt beleive the sheer variety and quantity of retail outlets and fast food places. America, holy cow. Yes, we are home. The big project today was switching over to new laptops, and it feels good to know that in a few days or so our bug-ridden, impossibly file-corrupted smashed up road beasts will be replaced by some fresh machinery.

...the schedule for the next few days has suddenly gone a bit hazy, with the video people asking for an extra day of set up time, and some major meetings and such about to go down. Ill let you know whats up when the dust settles!
